• Credits are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash
• Unused Credits do not roll over to subsequent billing periods unless otherwise specified in your plan

Platform Selection: Procalize LLC will deploy Credits across various advertising platforms including but not limited to social media networks, local community boards, music discovery platforms, and other relevant promotional channels as determined by our marketing team to maximize your local community engagement.

Credit Usage Reporting: You may request a summary of how your Credits were utilized during any billing period by contacting our support team at procalize@proton.me.

Other Key Terms

• Local Community Outreach: Targeted promotional activities designed to connect artists with music fans in their geographic area
• Event Promotion: Marketing campaigns specifically focused on promoting live performances, shows, or music events
• Community Strategy: A customized plan developed to build authentic fan relationships within specific local markets
• Billing Period: The monthly or annual subscription cycle for which services are provided and Credits are allocated

Downtime Liability Waiver
